Each of these pieces is hand-painted by Robert N. Riedel—known on the Appalachian Trail as Birdcall. Painted along the trail itself, they capture the spirit, solitude, and raw beauty of the journey as it unfolded day by day.

These paintings will be featured in our upcoming release by Suzie Riedel (Bossbae), writer, and Robert N. Riedel (Birdcall), painter—a detailed, day-by-day record of our thru-hike told through Suzie’s field-journal storytelling and Robert’s watercolor journal.
