At Travel Write Paint, customer satisfaction is my top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- We offer return on damaged items.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
We only sell physical products, specifically watercolor coloring books. Therefore, only these items are subject to our return policy. Custom or personalized items, digital downloads, and gift cards are not applicable in our store.
Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact me at bossbaeandbirdcall@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Inspection: After I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds: If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to be processed depends on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at bossbaeandbirdcall@gmail.com
Refunds for Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
